II. Session begin/end
Mistakes are often made in the conversion from Local Time (LT) to Universal Time (UTC).
To avoid such mistakes, we ask you to enter the observatiom begin/end in your local time.
The form will then automatically convert and display the corresponding Universal Time. Note that elsewhere in the form we just ask the Universal Time.

III. Meteor showers
Report the observed meteor showers here which are in the IMO Working List. Please also report showers of which you were aware, but did not see any members.
IV. Number of meteors per shower per period
Combine a reasonable number of meteors (5-20) in periods. Do not write one line per meteor. Note that all times are in UTC here.
V. Distribution of magnitudes per shower
Magnitude distributions per shower and period. You can combine several periods into one magnitude distribution, but never more than about 20 meteors.
VI. Comments
Make note of any special events or circumstances concerning your observation. Also report showers not in the IMO working list here as numbers of meteors for each period.
